Notification about measures for recovery of debts of debtors

On  August 11, 2017 Armands Rasa, the administrator of insolvency proceedings of the Joint Stock Company in Liquidation “TRASTA KOMERCBANKA”, registration No. 40003029667, pursuant to section 161(4)12) of the Credit Institutions Law has adopted the decision No. 1/2017 “On measures for recovery of debts of debtors”, which determines waiver of ancillary claims against debtors by the Joint Stock Company in Liquidation “TRASTA KOMERCBANKA” and the administrator.

The administrator calls all debtors of the Joint Stock Company in Liquidation “TRASTA KOMERCBANKA”, that want to be exempted from their obligation to settle ancillary claims (contractual penalty, statutory interest, contractual interest, etc.), until 30 September 2017 completely fulfil their debt liabilities towards the Joint Stock Company in Liquidation “TRASTA KOMERCBANKA” in the amount of the principal debt or implement relevant recrediting measures in the amount of the principal sum of debt liabilities, submitting a corresponding application to the administrator.

Creditors of the company are entitled to express in writing their substantiated objections to the decision No. 1/2017 “On measures of recovery of debts of debtors”, if any, within 15 days from the adoption of this decision.
